Ca****la threw a family holiday party this week, and we had the delight to listen to some great Christmas carols by the Ca****la Choir! What a great presentation by our residents. It was followed by a lovely prime rib dinner our awesome culinary crew put together. 🎄🧑‍🎄🤶

We had a fun & successful resident Christmas/birthday celebration yesterday. We played tons of “reindeer games”, full of laughter. From making human Christmas trees, ugly sweater contest, to miniature therapy horse visit, we had tons of fun. Some of the residents were a little naughty and nice in all the fun yesterday. 🎄🎂😊

Our leadership team wants to wish everyone a warm holiday seasons greeting! We want to thank our residents and families for the opportunity to serve the community we do. Our residents are as much a part our family as the ones outside this community. It’s such a pleasure to be a part of this day in and day out, but even more so over the holiday. We also want to give a huge thank you to our entire staff. Without all of you this community would not be as special as it is. We appreciate you all every single day as much as our residents do. Ca****la is in full swing. Today we made paper bag snowflakes in hopes that the weather will bring us some snow on Christmas. 🎄 ❄️

It’s the most wonderful time of the year! Bus ride to see the Christmas lights! The video in comments was a place that had their lights synced to a local radio station. We had hot cocoa with whipped cream AND marshmallows. 😊 One of the residents told me I needed a microphone like I was giving a tour. Can’t wait for round two!
