Docs on Call, a division of Primary Care Partners, is excited to announce our extended weekday office hours!

⏰ The after-hours office is now open from 1:00pm-10:00pm Monday through Friday. We are also open on weekends, from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm on Saturday and from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm on Sunday.

Docs on Call is here for you for your non-emergency care needs when your regular doctor's office is closed. Yes, we are even open for Memorial Day!

Appointments are required, but patients can call our office as early as 8:00am to make an appointment for the same day. Call 970-255-1576 to make an appointment.

We will be hosting a winter clothing drive from now until December 31st at both of our locations. There will be designated bins in our lobby's to collect donations. All donations will be given to HomewardBound here in Grand Junction to help local families.

As of April 3rd, 2023, masks are no longer required in all Primary Care Partners facilities, including 12th Street, Wellington, and Fruita locations. Masks are still encouraged if you have a cough, congestion, or a high fever. We would like to remind our patients that we still encourage social distancing and to maintain a least 6 feet between yourself and people around you. Thank you so much for your cooperation in helping keep P*P a safe environment for everyone!
