Michelle believes in living every day to the fullest. That means working hard and playing hard. So when she’s not working, she can be found off grid camping, kayaking, or dancing around a bonfire. “If there’s anything I’ve learned from years of loving life it’s that your body is working for you every day in every way. Your muscles are there through every step you take, every person you hug, every hill you climb, and every dream you reach for.” Her mission in massage therapy is to unlock your full potential so you can live your life the way you want. From pain management and increased range of motion to mental rest and relaxation, massage is an amazing way to acknowledge and thank your body for always being there. “Whether you’re getting back on the bike, carrying your instrument for hours on end, or giving a piggy-back ride to your grandkids, I’m so happy to help you do what you love to do. Thank you for letting me be a part of your self-care journey.” Michelle graduated from the Hands-On School of Massage where she learned a range of modalities including but not limited to Reflexology, Swedish, Nepali, and Trigger Point Therapy. She’s laser focused on refining her therapeutic touch which means combining many modalities to customize a massage for each client to fit everyone’s specific needs.
