We are seeking to hire a reliable, hardworking & friendly individual to clean offices in the evenings, Monday through Friday, one location 6pm to 9pm.
All training and supplies are provided.
EXPECTATIONS (but not limited to):
* Dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming in designated areas
*Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
* Empty and reline trash.
* Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly maintained and stored.
* Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel.
*Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
REQUIREMENTS:
*Must have a driver's license, your own reliable vehicle with proof of insurance.
*Must have three professional references.
*Must have the physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may involve lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods.
*Must be willing to show up, work hard and be kind.
*Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to complete tasks efficiently.
*Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
*Good communication skills to interact with team members and clients effectively.
COMPENSATION:
Starting wage: $15.50 per hour plus drive time in-between accounts.
