We Can! Mesa County is an active fun program to help children achieve a healthy weight. We cook, learn and play!

Children ages 6-18 and their families learn about nutrition and activity and have fun doing activities with other families.

Our next WeCan!™ Mesa County class takes place on Wednesday, January 21st. In this class we will learn about energy balance and what makes us gain and lose weight.

WeCan! Mesa County Spring sessions begin next week! Join us for our first class, on Wednesday, January 14th where we will learn about healthy snacks! Classes have a new start time, now taking place from 5:15 PM to 6:30 PM, at the Primary Care Partners office located at 3150 N 12th Street. During this first class, we will learn what healthy snacks are and how they can help boost our energy levels between meals. 🍑🍓🥕

We Can!® Mesa County is a program designed to help children and their families make healthy lifestyle changes to achieve a healthy weight. The program includes individual goal-setting, group educational classes, cooking classes, and fun exercises.
