In 2022, I closed my business to work full time at a hospital pain clinic as a medical massage therapist. Today, I still work that job and love it! Now in 2026 I have coordinated my time to be able to expand outside of the hospital for private clientele once again.
In the last 4 years I have been able to work alongside a team of pain physicians, expanding my knowledge of pain biology and working with amazingly diverse cases. *LAST MINUTE APPOINTMENT *FINAL* APPOINTMENTS
Hello everyone, I have news. I have the opportunity to become a clinical medical therapist for Veterans, something I have had my heart in for a long time. I have kept most of my clients in the loop while I've navigated the hiring process, but for those who I haven't had the opportunity, I will be closing my current physical business, effective this week. I stopped taking new appointments about 5 weeks ago and tomorrow is the last day I have on the books before I move out of my studio. With that being said, I have had a lot of last minute requests, so I have opened up Thursday's (tomorrow's!) schedule for 2-3 more massage appointments. If you are interested, please text me at (970) 239-1882. Prices are $75 for 60 minutes, $90 for 75 minutes or $105 for 90 minutes. It was drawn to my attention in recent weeks that that my phone had not been working properly - I apologize if I haven't returned communication, it was never received! Happy September! I am finishing up my secondary medical massage certification, specific to working with those having issues with whiplash, chronic headaches, frozen shoulder, carpal tunnel syndrome, golfer's elbow, tennis elbow and plantar fasciitis. Fun stuff! How many of you have experienced one of these afflictions?

I have held out as long as possible! Since my last increase 3 years ago, I have advanced as a specialist, with certifications as a Myoskeletal Alignment practitioner as well as Medical massage. I have also grown into teaching massage for the past 18 months as the lead instructor at Giving Touch School of Massage. I absolutely love what I do, and I have collected an amazing toolbox of techniques to provide each and every one of my clients structural change and relief from alignment and soft tissue issues. Thank you for supporting my ascent into being the best therapist I can be, I truly care and appreciate everybody who walks through my door and will continue to invest in higher learning practices. Prices will now be:
$60 for 45 minutes
$75 for 60 minutes
$90 for 75 minutes, and
$105 for 90 minute sessions.

Amber’s training in Myoskeletal Alignment, Medical, Swedish, Nepali, Reflexology, and Reiki provides her signature style for those seeking a deeply relaxing experience. Her goal is to have a results-driven session, and you can expect your treatment to include somatic touch, deep gliding, muscle stripping, trigger point and alignment techniques, along with passive and active stretching. This will help relieve pain, correct postural deviations and increase range of motion. Amber especially loves working on the hips, neck, shoulders and feet, and has become known for her detailed and intuitive work. The duality of her clinical background combined with compassionate energy work provides a full spectrum treatment to those who see her.The core philosophy Amber practices is that true healing is found in the mind/body connection.

In addition to massage, Amber Rae has been a practicing Esthetician since 2015, focusing on sensitive skin and aging prevention. Customized facials provide clients with healthy, balanced skin using Professional Grade lines Sanitas and Hale & Hush, and NaturePure skincare. Amber says that when she can guide the skin's functions back to center, true healing occurs.

Amber Rae splits her time in at her GJ studio with Renew Massage Studio, located in the Washington Park district of Denver, CO, spending two weeks on at each location per month. In her spare time, she volunteers at an animal rescue, as well as LMT services for at-risk adults.
