Healthcare Made Simple! Trailhead Clinics is a membership-based, primary care family medical clinic in Grand Junction.

We are a membership-based family medical clinic located in the heart of Downtown Grand Junction. We offer affordable monthly membership plans to individuals, families and businesses. By limiting the total number of memberships, we can give each member patient the time and care they deserve in order to help them reach their full health potential. Each membership includes annual visits, routine office visits, same day appointments, 24/7 access to a physician, basic office procedures (ie;biopsies, joint injections), stitches and even basic fracture care! Membership also includes significant discounts on labs and imaging. It's modern medicine with an old-fashioned touch.

Please join us in giving a warm welcome to Dr. Bertram, the newest member of the Trailhead Clinics team! 🩺✨ With over 20 years of experience across private practice, urgent care, emergency medicine, and hospitalist care, Dr. Bertram brings a wealth of knowledge—and heart—to our community. His approach is rooted in preventative medicine and empowering patients to make informed, healthy lifestyle choices, minimizing medications and avoiding unnecessary interventions whenever possible.

Dr. Bertram is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and earned his medical degree from the University of North Texas after completing undergrad at the University of Kentucky. He also brings over 15 years of experience in Aesthetics to his work. When he’s not in the clinic, you can find him enjoying life in Grand Junction with his wife—fishing, skiing, golfing, or traveling. 🎣⛷️✈️
