Our story....

The Massage Store was founded April, 2006, by a local massage therapist and instructor.

At that time, there was not a local place that massage therapists could go to purchase supplies - lotions, oils, massage tables, linens, etc.

Also, so many massage therapists in the area were part of salons and spas, and focused on relaxing Swedish techniques. 50-60 minute massages were the norm, with hands-on massage time sometimes being even less (because intake time and changing clothes were included in the allotted time). Realizing there were a few different needs, The Massage Store was born, along with our signature 75- minute deep tissue massage.

The 75-minute massage was offered to give our clients a detailed, quality full body massage, and allow time for extra focus on trouble areas. Our goal was to provide positive and productive outcomes, and help clients realize a reduction and/or relief from pain, often that is caused by long term injury or ailments.
