We had a fantastic day with the Waverly Community Schools yesterday at their first ever Employee Wellness Day! It was incredible to see 70 volunteers doing just under 500 appointments in 1 day. We had everything from chair massage with live harp music, nutritional coaching, stress management coaching, blood pressure checks and lifestyle medicine physician visits. Jeremy Hall spoke on "The Mind-Body Connection: Managing Stress for a Healthier Life" and I spoke on "DNA is Not Your Destiny" to about 500 employees in their new auditorium. Grateful to give back to the Waverly community!
