Saponification, the chemical process of making cold process soap is complete within 24-48 hours. At this point the soap is safe to use however, the soap will be soft and not last very long. This is why soap is cured.

These last two bars in the January 27th release are so good! Lavender mint is cool and calming. Calendula…. Well you know how I feel about calendula, so of course there had to be a calendula soap. Calendula oil infusions and calendula tea leave this bar packed full of calendula. It’s beautifully colored and topped with calendula and scented to pair with the summer citrus body butter.

This is the most recent batch of honey. This is not the batch that is releasing on Tuesday but I wanted to show the making of it. The next video will show the wrapping of the cured batch for the January 27th release. This is a very gentle bar made with just 4 ingredients.
