Therapy is the process of change which is hard and difficult for most. I would like to accompany you on making the changes you would like to see in the important relationships in your life including yourself, family, and partner.
I work mainly with children ages 3-17, and their families. My primary focus is on anxiety, depression, and parenting skills. We will use multiple techniques taken from DBT, CBT, motivational interviewing, mindfulness and Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT). The skills learned in therapy can assist with increasing happiness, positive thoughts, positive communication, impulse control, and self-esteem. While at the same time, decreasing depression and anxiety symptoms and working through grief and/or past trauma.

Therapy is all about you and getting what you want out of it. I am excited to hear about your life story and to help you learn the skills that are needed to help you be the best version of yourself!
