Our Vice President of Culinary, Chef Kevin Penn, CEC, CCA, was recently honored as the American Culinary Federation Central Regional winner for the 2025 Dr. L.J. Minor Chef Professionalism Award.

This award honors chefs who exemplify professionalism, and Chef Kevin is more than deserving. His leadership has elevated dining across 150+ StoryPoint Group communities, turning meals into experiences and dining rooms into gathering spaces. We couldn’t be prouder. Way to go, Chef Kevin!

We celebrated 80s/90s Day by kicking things off with cartoons from the past decades, enjoying Reese’s Puffs and Cinnamon Toast Crunch while watching Ghostbusters! Residents played classic arcade games throughout the day, joined in on an 80s Zumba class, and wrapped it all up with a thoughtful presentation on how they experience technology changes throughout their careers!
