This Tuesday class rotates weekly between Vinyasa and Power to meet your body where it’s at. Vinyasa weeks focus on steady, breath-led movement and fluid transitions. Power weeks turn up the intensity with a stronger, more athletic flow. Same time, same space, just a different emphasis each week.
