Tuna salad sandwiches are one of those things I definitely like to eat, but somehow don't “sound good” when I have a choice to whip one up. Tonight I decided to do my “tomorrow self” a favor and get some ready for my lunch tomorrow. ♡ It literally took 5 minutes. I use avocado mayonnaise when I can get it on sale, otherwise use plain greek yogurt & dijon mustard. I jazzed it up with celery, fennel, and onion salt. Tomorrow I will put it on Ezekial sprouted grain bread. YUM!! I rely on seafoodwatch.org to help me keep track of which seafood is sustainably caught.
