As we transitioned from a sled dog racers, to brick and mortar gym owners, we are now transitioning into location independent on-line gym, nutrition, fitness and body, mind and life transformation coaches, it all seems crazy what has changed in our lives in the last two years. HOWEVER, it is eerie how much is similar in the health, fitness and wellness world with the sled dog world. I don't write many kennel blog posts anymore, but have committed myself to doing a wellness post every Monday on our www.AgingYouthful.com website/blog.
