Late post of Shrove Tuesday (Mardi Gras), our Residents dined with Chef Leo’s Homemade Jambalaya, Dirty Rice and Salad. The Mardi Gras cupcakes were from Traci with thank you so much our Resident’s really enjoyed them. The Mardi Gras Martini Mask centerpieces were made by our past Residents in 2019 and are just as pretty, festive, and fun to look at in 2026. We had a BLAST.

Happy Valentines Day from Oxford Glen Memory Care in Grand Prairie, entertainment was by Mr Ed Brady, our Residents and family’s dined on cor-don bleu, homemade Alfredo sauce, asparagus, twiced baked mashed potatoes and Valentines Day cupcakes by Amy with Concho Hearts Hospice.
We all had a BLAST!!!!!!!!!!! We partied like it was 1999!!!!!!!!!
