It started with interests on NextDoor... a simple idea to offer yoga to residents in our very own Dallas Forth Worth community, easily accessable and affordable. Our goal is to introduce everyone to yoga and to share the many benefits that it offers. Yoga can be practiced anywhere with minimum equipment and for all body shapes, sizes and ages. Our goal is to share our joy of yoga and to bring together neighbors and special groups within their own communities.
Our current schedule: Open to residents of Mira Lagos & guests (up to 2 guests per household). All classes held at the main Mira Lago clubhouse 3025 S. Camino Lagos. Bring your own mat and a big towel. For class days/times and registration click here.
If interested in bringing yoga to your community please private message. All we need is an open space. Minimum rates starting at $25 for an hour class.
