I love to make my own "Florida Water". I usually make enough to last for 6-12 months. In energy medicine (aka energy healing/energy work/energy therapy) Florida Water is used to energetically clear or cleanse a space or tools used for healing work.

Commercially manufactured Florida Water is available, but I choose to make my own because I know what ingredients are in it, I can say holy prayers and sing ancestral songs as I make it and I can place healing crystals around it as it steeps.

I put my Florida Water in a spray bottle and spritz my studio at the beginning and end of the day, and between clients to keep the energetic frequency high, loving, healing and welcoming.🩷
