Did you know that Reliance CCP is part of a nonprofit senior population health organization called Trillium Living? A few of our Trillium Living Partners include Atrio Home Care and Faith Hospice, and it's all of our goals to help enhance the lives of seniors, and help them and their loved ones as they navigate each step of the aging journey.

Staff Spotlight - Monique Staten

Monique is an Administrative Assistant and helps clients as they enter the clinic, when they call, and with scheduling (along with a variety of so many other things!). When asked what her favorite part of her job is, she said, "I love the relationship I have with participants when they call or come into the clinic, knowing that I put a smile on their face." Monique is truly a breath of fresh air and brings joy to all around her!
