A time was definitely had at Our Mental Health Collective’s Annual Mixer, this year’s theme, Healer’s Soirée, did not disappoint!

It was such a joy connecting with new faces and reconnecting with some of my fav colleagues. The night was filled with laughter, good music, good food, and even better company. 🎶❤️

We also got to hear exciting updates about the incredible work the Collective continues to do in our community. Forever grateful for this space and the dope people who make it what it is. 🖤

I had the joy of spending time at WMCAT with their amazing Pharmacy Tech students, leaders learning how to grow, communicate, and thrive.

During our “Strategies for Healthy Conflict” workshop, we explored simple but powerful tools for navigating tough conversations:
💡 PAUSE before reacting.
💡 Do a Self-Check (what are you bringing into the conversation?)
💡 Listen with your eyes, ears, and heart.

It’s always inspiring to see adult learners leaning into growth and learning how to communicate with courage and empathy.

Carla and I have spent the past 2 days facilitating teen groups at Bethany, their Protrek program. Talking to teens about relationships is always a good time. These sessions were packed with big energy, honest talks, and insightful questions.
So grateful to share space with our youth talking all things self-awareness and relationships.
