Free food/health advice …pick one of these top 4 things to start doing for YOURSELF starting tomorrow.
1. Eat/drink less sugar(read labels for high fructose corn syrup, corn syrup, sugar, fructose, maltose, and the many other ways it’s hidden in so many foods)
2. Eat more veggies(toss them in with your pasta, put them on sandwiches, just eat MORE of them)
3. Drink more water!
4. Eat less animal products. Substitute with beans and other forms of lean protein.

GF/Organic oats, pepita seeds, dried cherries, tablespoon of honey, cashew (coarsely chopped) h**p hearts, 2 tablespoons date sugar(optional or lower to one tablespoon).
* Date sugar is better for you than refined sugar and is gradually absorbed by blood unlike refined sugar that spikes your blood sugar!**

*Chia or h**p seed(or a little of both)
*Blueberries
*Blackberries
*GF Organic Oats
*Almond milk
*Little bit of maple syrup
Shake and place in refrigerator overnight.
Add sliced banana and/or a little dollop of almond butter.
