Breath has a way of meeting us right where we are. 😮‍💨

On January 22 at 6pm, Ie3’s practitioner Marnie Horton is guiding a 75-minute group breathwork meditation designed to support clarity, emotional balance, and deep release.

This is a chance to slow down and let the breath do the work. You’ll be guided through a rhythmic, circular breathing practice while resting comfortably, followed by a long, restorative meditation.

Marnie holds the space with intention; using music, essential oils, and gentle guidance. The experience closes with time to reflect and integrate together.

This offering is part of our continued commitment to creating meaningful, nervous-system-supportive experiences within our community.

What IE3 is becoming 🤎

IE3 is evolving into a wellness hub rooted in intention, not overload.

A space for community-based movement classes, supportive workshops, series, creative gatherings, and teacher-led offerings across yoga, pilates, breathwork, and wellness.

This space is for people who value consistency over chaos, depth over rush, and care over constant output. For those who come to practice and for those who come to share their work.

We’re creating a rhythm that allows each class, workshop, and gathering the space it deserves. Less about packed schedules. More about meaningful offerings, shared thoughtfully and held well.

Whether you’re here to move, learn, rest, or bring your own offering to life, we want to be the place that supports it.

Ever wonder why you react the way you do when life gets… a lot?

It’s not random. It’s not a personality flaw. And it’s definitely not “you being dramatic.”

It’s your nervous system doing its job in one of the 5 F’s:
fight, flight, freeze, fawn, or flop.

And the truth is; most of us bounce between these states every day without even noticing.

We clean the house at 9pm.
We go blank mid-conversation.
We say yes when we want to say no.
We hit a full-on “I’m done” shutdown.

This month at IE3, we’re stripping away the fluff and getting real about how the body responds to overwhelm, because let’s be honest around this time of year. OVERWHELM is present.

We are focusing on how you can respond back with care, clarity, and self-support.

Say hello to Katie Jeffers! 👋🏽

Katie is a mother to two wild souls, a mindful movement artist, and cozy textiles enthusiast.

As a 200hr certified yoga teacher and Certified Yoga Therapist in-training, she is devoted to nurturing the whole human with a sanctuary for energetic renewal. Katie is passionate about supporting others to find easeful wellbeing while moving with intention, creating with heart and elevating everyday rituals.

Her practice celebrates the magick of creative living—on and off the yoga mat. If you’re ready to prioritize play, weave creativity into your daily life, and awaken your inner wholeness, you’ll feel right at home with Katie.

Her morning Vinyasa class is held every Tuesday & Friday morning from 9:30am -10:30am 🤍 come flow with her!
