To my valued Facebook friends and customers.
I have been quiet for while, I suffered a stroke back in early August. I have been hospitalized and now back home recovering.
I'm getting care at home hoping to get part of my body working.
That's why I have been quiet.
I'm just letting you know that is the situation I am in right now.
I will be back against, I just need to take some therapy to get myself working.
Please bear with me as I work on getting better as there is a promise in my recovery. So I will be back.

We are back!!! It's Summer time and very soon will be Fall time.
We have a new kitchen we are operating from. The menu is still very wide, covering Southern Africa, Central Africa, Eastern Africa and Western African influences.

During this Summer/Fall you can get,

Yonk'into Meal Vegetarian/GlutenFree
Fufu with Chicken Egusi & Cassava Leaf
Fufu Vegetarian/GlutenFree, Egusi, Cassava Leaf N. Mandela Meal.
