as much as i can, i want the work done by cerbero breathwork to be in service of blindly following the heart
my heart has told me to play loud music i've recorded to a VHS tape, so that's what we'll do together

we can practice at Grand Rapids Yoga Company or a place of your chosing. i have over 20 music playlists to chose from, or we can work together to completely tailor your ritual with music and structure to reinforce your intention. energy transfer (payment) is always donation based. i can offer suggested donations. all people working in instructing self care, or in the providing of care for others, would be half of a regular rate.

there may be a pop-up type circle later this month at Riverside Park. otherwise expect a open public circle at Grand Rapids Yoga Company in September.

Hello followers of Cerbero Breathwork!

This moment in time has called me to put more of my energy into building this practice. I will be creating more content through this page, and it would be greatly appreciated if you could like or share anything that resonates with you. I would gladly work with the entire city of Grand Rapids should they find their way to me.

For now, I will just leave you with this description of our practice:

Cerbero Breathwork is about breaking down barriers, particularly 3 spheres of experience we tend to keep separate
-our tactile experience of the space we are currently in (including the body)
-the concurrent experience of the space of the mind
-and finally, the creative sphere where all of our intentions and all art resides (yes, these exist beyond our bodies and minds)

Our Breathwork circles exist as a ritual space for surrendering to the overlap of these spheres, in order to have a deep experience of the self, which is a product of this convergence. I always want to have you leave feeling more grounded and less inhibited by barriers real or imaginary.

For our April circle, I am creating a practice around an album that was very much a part of my coming of age.

The Postal Service gave us music that somehow was ahead of its time, and impossible to separate from its own time. We will be listening to Give Up in its entirety.

At the heart of Cerbero Breathwork is a deep love of experiencing art, and our practice will focus on the magic that happens when we share that love with others.
