Dr. Kinch has been significantly pivotal for my low back pain. From a broken back/ hip, and years of fluctuating pain, I now know the best stretching/ exercise techniques to offset the pain, long term. I came in looking for PT available out side my 7-5, but am very delighted to learn from Dr. Kinch’s knowledge and experience

My experience with Tyler has been great! I came to him with an overuse knee injury from running and a range of issues that seemed unrelated. I was not acutely injured, and overall in good health, but unable to progress to where I wanted to be. It was neat seeing him work through all the weird symptoms I was having and put the pieces together to find the underlying cause. And it wasn’t what I expected and I feel a difference with the exercises!

I am very hopeful that as we complete this recovery/re-training phase I will be able to move forward with my goals injury free, and more attuned to what/where my weakness tends to be and be adaptable and more proactive in the future.

He is not pushy in terms of recommending an intense PT schedule in my experience, if you are coming from a place of wanting to address minor issues and optimize performance.

Tyler is great, understanding, and wants to understand the root cause of your issues. Cant recommend enough!!

Dr. Tyler has been integral in improving my quality of life while training. I first sought out help due to neck pain/tension headaches while training hard as a result of working long periods at a desk for these past five years. The issues were resolved quickly and now we're focusing on other improvements for sport as I prep for rugby/strongman. I cannot speak highly enough about him, his erudition, and his professionalism.

He is an incredible PT. He addressed each of my concerns, explained clearly what was happening with my body and how certain exercises would help to initially address the issues. He also provided information and support for me to develop habits (for me it was doing yoga) to continue to stretch and strengthen these areas so I could make long term differences. Previous PT's provided only initial support and chiropractic briefly relieved pain but had no long term effect. I recommend him to my family and friends!

Ever set health goals and come up short? Maybe you had the best intentions but just couldn’t stick to the habit? If that is you, then this is a very important question for you to answer. One of my favorite books, ATOMIC HABITS explains this idea. Highly recommend this read.

The first question gives you the option to be unhealthy or fall off the wagon as people say.

The second is who you are as a person and with this mindset healthy habits will follow.
