I’m glowing from this past weekend’s She Thrives in the Wild retreat. It was such a gift to both soak in the experience and also share a workshop on the Root (1st) and Third Eye (6th) chakras.

Grounding into the earth and opening to clarity and insight felt like the perfect pairing for a weekend in nature with such an incredible group of women. 💜

So much gratitude to the organizers Em and Katy, and the beautiful souls who came together to make this retreat so special. My heart is full!

The fresh Thai space is coming together really well! It’s so warm, cozy, and relaxing in this room. There is just some artwork that needs to make it up on the walls, and it will be officially complete. I can’t wait to share it with all of you!
