Had a great time today in Lansing for Early Childhood Education Capitol Day! Thank you Early Childhood Investment Corporation- Think Babies Michigan! It’s so important that we stand in solidarity for equity in our ECE workers pay at the true cost of care and the state of Michigan see this as a priority to establish a fund and not by centers charging more for families to absorb. FLOC or Paid Family Leave is critical as well to families or anyone who will need to care for someone. Michigan families need support so we do not need to make decisions to pay for childcare or buy food.
