There is an estimated 47.8 million adults who are projected to experience depression in 2025, a 15% increase from 2021. Depression is a silent monster and can impact even the happiest-seeming people. Be sure to check in on your loved ones and keep an eye out for any concerning signs.

• Withdrawing from social activities, or suddenly participating where they used to not
• Changes in sleeping patterns, either sleeping far less or far more than usual
• Feelings of irritability, anxiety, or unexplained agitation
• Bursts of happiness and excitement that seem out of character

Remember that depression does not have an easy cure, and even when treated can still flare up. Be sure to support your loved ones, or seek support if you are struggling. We're all in this together. 💚

Fall is officially here - and with it comes allergy season. 🤧

For those who battle allergies, seasons changing brings sneezing, coughing, and discomfort. While some allergies are more mild than others, it's key to know what exactly is causing you the most problems in order to be able to avoid the allergens as best as possible. If you're suffering from allergies this season, consider seeing an allergist who can help you determine the root of the issue and determine the best solution for you.

If you're particularly stuffed up, try "the master cleanse" to open your sinuses:
🍋 Equal parts lemon juice and maple syrup
💧 Fill the glass or mug with hot water
🌶 Sprinkle with cayenne (to your tolerance)
