That smile. That sparkle ✨ …Impassioned, innovative clinicians supporting clients to reintegrate and reconnect! 💙

🌟🌟 SPOTLIGHT SUNDAY 🌟🌟 We would like to introduce you to our newest Brew Baker, Kathy‼️ She comes to the Beer City Dog Biscuits kitchen on Tuesday afternoons with the MI Rehab Solutions recreational therapy program. Kathy has worked hard on developing her biscuit making skills and learning how to fill the molds just right! 🙌

Kathy lives in East Grand Rapids with her sister, nephew, and his fiancé. They all share a house with three dogs and three fish 🐶🐟 For entertainment, Kathy likes to go to concerts, get outside fishing, and go camping. Kathy also enjoys spending time with her family, going shopping, and watching movies. Her favorite foods are lasagna and fish 🤤 She loves to listen to country music, particularly John Denver songs. FUN FACT: Kathy’s nickname is “SPARKLES” because she likes to wear lots of bling ✨🪩💍 It adds to her beautiful sparkly smile!

We asked Kathy what she likes doing best at BCDB and she said, ”I like to fill molds. I am very good at filling the molds perfectly. Filling the molds allows me to use my right hand to make it stronger.” She added that she has learned the importance of giving back to the community and making new friends with other volunteers and their CLS workers. Kathy, thank you for choosing to come to BCDB. We love the sparkle you bring every time you come!! 🌟🌟
