As a teacher, it can be easy to neglect coming onto your mat for yourself. No lesson to plan, no class to lead... just you, your breath, your body, and your mat. I'm so grateful for the opportunity to show up as a student. No formalities, no agenda, just presence. It's always such a privilege to sit in on someone else's class and recharge 🙏🏻🧘🏻♀️
