Journey Through the Chakras: A 7-Week Workshop Series

Dates: Sundays, November 2 – December 14, 2025
Time: 4:00–5:30 pm

Join us for a deep exploration of your body’s energy centers in this immersive 7-week workshop. Each week, we’ll highlight one chakra, discovering its unique qualities and how it influences your physical and emotional well-being.
 
What to Expect:
·        Begin each week with a 45-minute lesson that explores the importance and impact of each chakra—from the foundation of the Root Chakra to the insight of the Crown Chakra.
·        Then, move into a 45-minute guided flow specifically designed to support and activate that week’s chakra.
 
Weekly Focus:
·        Week 1: Root Chakra
·        Week 2: Sacral Chakra
·        Week 3: Solar Plexus Chakra
·        Week 4: Heart Chakra
·        Week 5: Throat Chakra
·        Week 6: Third Eye Chakra
·        Week 7: Crown Chakra
 
This series is open to everyone—no previous yoga experience required! You are welcome to attend individual sessions or join us for the whole series. Discover new layers of awareness and leave each class feeling refreshed, inspired, and connected.
 
Props will be provided—just bring your mat and wear comfortable clothing.
