Andrea believed in her team, trusted us, and gave each of us the space to grow and advocate for ourselves. She reminded us that there is always hope.
Her leadership was never about commanding—it was about uplifting. With her guidance, Puertas Abiertas expanded, strengthened, and became a safe space for countless women across multiple counties.

Desde 2019, Andrea ha sido mucho más que una líder; ha sido la voz, el corazón y el alma de esta organización. Ella estableció una cultura basada en la humanidad, la gracia y el empoderamiento.
