Today was one of those wonderfully busy days at TFC —the kind that reminds me why we do what we do. 8 retrievals, two transfers, one IUI, two new patients and 30+ IVF plans later…in the middle of the pace, pressure, and emotion that come with this work, I’m reminded how grateful I am for our team and patients. The nurses who bring calm to the chaos, the embryologists who work with such precision and care, the front-desk and support staff who keep everything moving with a smile.
It takes every single one of YOU to walk this journey with our patients, and I’m proud of the heart, resilience, and teamwork that show up here every day.
Busy days aren’t easy—but with this team, they’re meaningful. So thankful. Happy Thanksgiving 🦃🍁

Honored to have attended the 2025 Oncofertility Consortium Annual Meeting this week!
This incredible gathering brought together experts, researchers, clinicians, and advocates working at the intersection of oncology and reproductive health. From cutting-edge fertility preservation techniques to deeply human conversations about survivorship and quality of life, the sessions were both inspiring and impactful.
Grateful for the opportunity to connect, learn, and collaborate with such a dedicated community — all committed to ensuring patients facing cancer diagnoses have access to informed, compassionate reproductive care.
Looking forward to translating these insights into practice and continuing to push the field forward.

As a practice, it’s important to reiterate that we look to the professional organizations in our field and follow the guidelines set forth by both the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) as well as the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM).

In light of recent conversations surrounding acetaminophen, commonly known as Tylenol, we felt it was important to reassure our patients that the use of acetaminophen during pregnancy is a safe option for pain, reducing fevers, etc.

Do you have irregular periods? You might have PCOS!

September is Polycystic O***y Syndrome (PCOS) awareness month. PCOS is a common hormonal disorder that causes the ovaries to produce excessive amounts of androgens. Some symptoms of PCOS include overgrowth of coarse facial or body hair (hirsutism), acne, lack of ovulation, irregular/heavy menstrual cycles or absence of menstrual cycles, infertility, etc.
