Featuring classes like Power Flow, Slow Flow, and Community Classes (where your dollars go directly back to the community) across four studio locations, we pride ourselves on offering a variety of inclusive classes accessible to all body types.

Rise and shine, it's Salutation season in the Hothouse! 🌞

Did you know these sequences, known traditionally as Surya Namaskar, have been around in some form for over 2,500 years?! 🌄 They were often practiced at sunrise, facing east, as a literal and symbolic salute to the sun.

Our Holland hothouse is a newly renovated, 3,000 square foot space turned hot yoga paradise in the Holland Town Center. The Forest Hills Studio is 2,500 square feet of sunshine in the brand new Forest Hill Center. All locations feature: Natural cork flooring. Interactive practice space. Surround sound.
