The Power of Deep Breathing
Take a moment for yourself today to practice deep, mindful breathing. Find a comfortable spot, close your eyes, and gently inhale through your nose, letting your lungs fill with air. Slowly exhale through your mouth, releasing any tension.

Repeat this for a few breaths, letting your focus rest only on the inhale and exhale. This simple practice can help clear your mind and bring a deep sense of calm to your day.

Sometimes, the ground beneath you no longer nourishes your roots. The air no longer lifts your spirit. You stay, hoping to bloom, but the sun no longer shines on you as it once did.

It’s in these moments, when the soil no longer feels like home, that you must choose yourself. You must find the courage to walk away, not from the people you love, but from the places that no longer fill your soul.

Leaving doesn’t mean abandoning; it means growing towards the light. It means understanding that your path may diverge, yet the bonds of friendship and love remain, intertwined across distance and time.

I am choosing peace🕊️✨

Despite some challenges in the afternoon yesterday, what a beautiful morning I had, and the evening made everything even better.
Sometimes talking to a friend that understands makes things better.

When challenges arise, especially during times of heartache and loss, life can be very difficult. There are people who make it harder and more stressful, yet there are the people who make it better and listen without judgement. I am choosing to be surrounded by people who make it better.
My Reiki practice and prayer is helping me get through this time in my life, providing the energy and clarity I need to navigate these changes.
Sometimes life is heavy, at those moments there are usually two different roads you can travel. I am choosing the higher road and following that journey in my life.

People will challenge you and hurt you, and then act like the victim. You don’t need those kinds of people in your life. Take the high road and follow your heart, because there are bigger and better things in this life waiting for you to discover.✨💖✨🕊️
