Join perinatal movement experts Heidi McDowell and the Mind Body Baby team for a weekly class designed to support your body. Mat Pilates focuses on lengthening, toning, and strengthening the body with intentional movement. Targeting the core, arms, glutes, and posture, this class helps build balanced strength, stability, and connection from the inside out. Movements are primarily bodyweight-based, with optional resistance for added challenge.
