🔥 The Mary Free Bed Pacers DIII squad rolled into Fort Wayne, IN for the Summit City Shootout at Turnstone—and they brought the hustle!

With our Jr. crew off at another tourney, this team had to dig deep, grind hard, and show what Pacers basketball is all about. 💥

Final record: 1-4 … but that one win was sweet: a 48-34 victory over the Turnstone Flyers! 🏀💪

Way to come together, play with grit, and keep the integrity strong. Proud of the fight, Pacers!

🔥 Exciting News! 🔥

The Junior Pacers had an incredible experience at the Hoosier Hoops Classic in Indiana! Our prep team showed tremendous skill, teamwork, and perseverance throughout the tournament. After a competitive run, they earned an impressive 2nd place finish - losing the championship by 1 point! 🏀🥈

We are incredibly proud of the Varsity team's hard work and sportsmanship, and this achievement is a testament to their dedication on and off the court. Thank you to all the coaches, players, and families who supported our teams during the season.

Congratulations to everyone involved — we look forward to more success and growth in the future! Stay tuned for more updates and highlights from our season.

🎉 Way to Go, Dequan! 🎉

Mary Free Bed Sonics team member Dequan recently made us proud by representing Team Michigan at the Goalball Youth Nationals, hosted by the Texas School for the Blind in Austin, Texas.

Team Michigan finished 4th out of 12 teams — a historic milestone! 2025 was the first time in over 20 years that our team advanced to the medal round. 🥉🏅

Dequan was on fire, setting a new tournament record by scoring over 70 goals in just six games! 🔥 His incredible performance earned him a spot on the All-Tournament Team, and he was recognized as an All-American — making him one of the Top 6 youth goalball players in the country! 🌟

Congratulations, Dequan, on this amazing achievement! We’re so proud of you! 👏👏

☀️ Summer vibes and Throwback Thursday! ☀️

Back in August 2020, during the zoom-in-the-summer days of the COVID years, we swapped our Jr. Wheelchair Sports camp for a fun-filled summer sampler. And guess what? It was the very first time we introduced wheelchair lacrosse to our younger athletes! 🥍🎉

Nothing beats summer, good times, and trying out new sports — even in a different year! Can’t wait to make more memories like this.

The squad went 3-1-1 in Ft. Wayne, proving why they’ve been promoted to the USPSA Presidents Conference this season. 💪⚡️

Defense was rock-solid—just 3 goals allowed in 5 games! ⭐⚽️ And a HUGE shout-out to Jonah, who scored the first TWO goals of his career!

The Mary Free Bed Overdrive Power Soccer team is ready to defend their title at the United States Power Soccer Association MK Battery Conference Cup Series National Championship this weekend at the Turnstone Summit Classic in Fort Wayne, IN! 🏆⚽

After an incredible season, Overdrive has earned a promotion to the prestigious President’s Conference — a big milestone for the program. Coaches Pete, Jason, and Livvie are all set to lead the team through this elevated level of competition as they aim for another national title. 💪🔥

Let's rally behind Overdrive as they start the season with determination, skill, and that unstoppable championship spirit! 🎉🎉

The Mary Free Bed Invitational present by is hosting 11 teams from the National Wheelchair Basketball Association are taking over the Mary Free Bed YMCA (5500 Burton) with some incredible hoops! Our Mary Free Bed DI team will be battling teams from both the D1 and DII Divisions all across the Midwest and TX — talk about a showdown! 💥🔥

Meanwhile, our Mary Free Bed DIII team will be hitting the courts against Midwest teams — and they’re ready to compete!

Catch the D1 Pacers in action on Saturday at 9:30 AM, 12:30 PM, and 5:00 PM.

And don’t miss the D3 Pacers at 9:30 AM and 2:00 PM.

Best part? Admission is FREE! 🎟️✨

Come cheer on our teams, support adaptive sports, and have a blast! See you at the games! 🎉🙌
