A huge thank you to Libby, from FOX Rehabilitation, for leading our Assisted Living residents through an amazing yoga session! 🧘

Everyone loved learning new movements, stretching, and focusing on wellness together.

This class also tied in perfectly with our theme of the month, as we explored yoga and its global roots. 🌍

It was a wonderful way to stay active, relaxed, and connected—both in body and spirit!
