Thank You For 13 Years.

Today I have closed the doors for good on my practice.

It is a bittersweet day for me.

I will miss seeing all of you in my office, but I am also excited for the next chapter.

I want to thank all of you who have come into my office over the past 13 years.

I am truly grateful that you trusted me to provide care to you and your families.

Whether you came in for one visit or 100 know that you will always be a part of my family.
