Most people try to figure out what’s wrong
before checking what’s missing.

Not everything you feel needs a deep explanation.

Sometimes it’s simpler than that.

Your body might be asking for:
rest
fuel
quiet
space
a break from constant input

And when those needs go unmet,
everything else can start to feel heavier than it actually is.

Before you assume something is wrong with you,

We’re introducing something new this spring 🌿

Eyes Wide Open is now offering Sacred Reset Home Gatherings — guided breathwork + sound healing experiences brought directly into your living room.

Instead of another dinner party or typical get-together, imagine inviting a few friends over for a calm, restorative evening designed to help everyone slow down, reconnect, and reset together.

To launch this new offering, we’re selecting 4 households to host a complimentary gathering this May and June.

Each gathering includes:
✨ guided grounding breathwork
✨ immersive sound healing with bowls + tuning forks
✨ space for intention setting and integration
✨ support preparing your space beforehand

Hosts simply invite 5–8 guests. We bring the experience.

If 6 or more guests attend, hosts also receive 50% off a future private session as a thank-you.

These evenings are perfect for:

Many people are carrying heavier feelings right now than they expected to.

Fatigue that doesn’t lift easily.
Pressure that doesn’t seem to change.
Questions about where things are going or how they will improve.

When life begins to feel narrow like that, it can become hard to remember how much exists beyond what we can immediately see.

Nothing that has lived disappears without leaving something behind.

Love doesn’t vanish.
Connection doesn’t vanish.
Meaning doesn’t vanish.

It changes form.

There is more around you than what is visible in one difficult moment.

Kindness is still here.
Breath is still here.
And both of them belong to you.

Dopamine supports progress and reward.

Serotonin supports steadiness and confidence.

The speed people spoke.
