Most people try to figure out what’s wrong
before checking what’s missing.
Not everything you feel needs a deep explanation.
Sometimes it’s simpler than that.
Your body might be asking for:
rest
fuel
quiet
space
a break from constant input
And when those needs go unmet,
everything else can start to feel heavier than it actually is.
Before you assume something is wrong with you,
pause and look at what hasn’t been supported yet.
