$99 for 2 one-on-one Pilates appointments with a certified Pilates instructor. Sessions run 55 minutes in length.

- Gain awareness of how our programs help you achieve your goals
- Determine your next step toward restoring health and fitness. You will receive a recommendation for continued practice after the last appointment of your discovery session. Recommendations include private sessions, group classes or a combination of both, depending on your specific needs.

During menopause, dropping estrogen levels can “fuzz” the signal between your brain and your joints. This leads to issues like frozen shoulder, vertigo, tinnitus and TMJ.

For women moving from perimenopause to post-menopause, declining estrogen levels do more than just cause hot flashes—they rewrite how your body moves and how your brain perceives movement.

Most fitness teachers tell you: Don’t do that! Do this!
In my studio, I ask you to move exactly the way your body/mind wants to-compensations and all. Why? Because when we repeat that pattern with awareness, your brain finally gets the memo: “ oh, I’m doing that! 😮Only then do we ask your 🧠 “can we try it another way?
This isn’t about perfect form. It’s about giving your nervous system more options than just the one that hurts. For my clients over 50, this “brain first” approach is why they succeed here where they’ve failed everywhere else 😀 Does exercise usually leave you hurting and frustrated?

20 years ago, when I opened BodyMind Pilates, I thought my job was to give you”the right way to move”
I was wrong.
After 2 decades, I’ve learnt that your body isn’t “failing” an exercise, it’s giving me a map. Today, I don’t correct you right away. I watch your “mistakes” and teach you more options than just your own.
