BodyMind Pilates New to Pilates? Let us show you what we do best! Each new client is invited to join our studio by scheduling a 30 minute complimentary consultation.

BodyMind Pilates applies neuro-centric Pilates techniques designed to support individuals with neurological conditions, chronic pain, surgery, preparation and recovery, hypermobility, and those experiencing peri and post menopause challenges.

 In this brief sit-down, the owner will listen to your goals, speak about our studio's mission, give a walk through of the various equipment we use and help find the best plan of action for you. New client discovery sessions:
$99 for 2 one-on-one Pilates appointments with a certified Pilates instructor. Sessions run 55 minutes in length.


- Feel the effects of our unique equipment and teaching techniques
- Gain awareness of how our programs help you achieve your goals
- Determine your next step toward restoring health and fitness. You will receive a recommendation for continued practice after the last appointment of your discovery session. Recommendations include private sessions, group classes or a combination of both, depending on your specific needs.

Most fitness teachers tell you: Don’t do that! Do this!
In my studio, I ask you to move exactly the way your body/mind wants to-compensations and all. Why? Because when we repeat that pattern with awareness, your brain finally gets the memo: “ oh, I’m doing that! 😮Only then do we ask your 🧠 “can we try it another way?
This isn’t about perfect form. It’s about giving your nervous system more options than just the one that hurts. For my clients over 50, this “brain first” approach is why they succeed here where they’ve failed everywhere else 😀 Does exercise usually leave you hurting and frustrated?

20 years ago, when I opened BodyMind Pilates, I thought my job was to give you”the right way to move”
I was wrong.
After 2 decades, I’ve learnt that your body isn’t “failing” an exercise, it’s giving me a map. Today, I don’t correct you right away. I watch your “mistakes” and teach you more options than just your own.
