I am grateful to give, and I can’t wait to dive in with each person. 🌀

This will be a year of great transformation. 🧬

Way back when, when I was in nursing school.

It was finals week and I needed an outstanding score to pass.

Many of us needed good scores.

To lighten the mental burden, I wore this to surprise all my classmates.

Many laughs, and thank yous were expressed, everyone more settled and at ease; ready to test.

I look joyous, but I was severely depressed.

I had migraines 7 days of the week, and was vomiting 5 days of those 7 because of the intensity.

I was numb throughout my right arm from a variety of reasons that compiled fast and “all of a sudden”.

All of this because I didn’t know how to handle my emotions.

I didn’t know how to process much.

But, there was one emotion that made everything worth it all in those dark moments; joy.

I was once asked, “what do you give to this world, and what do you love receiving?”

I responded with giving joy, and receiving joy.

To see others light up, to laugh, to smile, to be silly, I knew that there was great peace and healing in that moment.

I knew that because I felt it within me.

What I’ve come to learn now is that there’s a better word for joy, and that’s hope.

To give hope to the world, and in turn receive hope.

With that, it multiplies and builds upon itself with a never ending stream of flow.

We all need hope.

I needed hope in that moment.

It’s okay to ask for help, or to find a guide to show you the way.

I believe in you.

I love you.

Have an open mind and an open heart, always. 🤍

Learn something new outside your comfort zone, and give it a chance. 🫶🏽

Find your safety, let your creativity shine, trust yourself, love yourself, be decisive, connect to your adequate truth, and understand your true potential by believing in self. 🧬

I can’t wait to be on the show again, and to connect again. 😁
