It’s Mental Health Awareness week! So many people are affected by poor mental health at some stage in their lives, yet admitting to this can be hard as age-old stigmas persist. By offering support to someone having a tough time, you can help them on their road to good mental health. Invite them out for a cuppa, go for a walk, call or text - small acts can be the difference.
