🚨 Pull-Up Essentials: Build Strength & Confidence 🚨
Coach Victor shows us how to execute the perfect pull-up! 💪🏽

Steps to Master the Move:
1️⃣ Grip It: Grab the pull-up bar with an overhand grip, arms fully extended, and your body hanging.
2️⃣ Pull Up: Engage your back and pull your body upwards until your chin is just over the bar.
3️⃣ Squeeze: Pause briefly, ensuring your lats are fully contracted at the top.
4️⃣ Controlled Descent: Lower your body slowly and return to the starting position.
5️⃣ Repeat: Aim for controlled reps, focusing on form over speed!

💡 Pro Tip: Quality over quantity. Start with assisted pull-ups if needed and progress gradually. Remember, every rep counts towards building a stronger you!
