At the beginning of November, we embarked on a heartfelt mission to support our community through food collections. Our aim was to assist those in need by partnering with charities that hold a special place in our hearts. We selected three wonderful organizations for our initiative: Baxter Community Food Pantry, The G.R. Mom’s Club, and Boston Square Community Pantry.

We have been overwhelmed by the generosity and outpouring of support from our community. Through your donations, we've been able to provide substantial aid and resources to these charities.

Thank you to everyone who donated, we’ve made a significant impact. What an incredible way to end 2025, with a spirit of giving. Thank you once again for making this possible!!!

The Boston Square Neighborhood Association (BSNA) located at 1551 Kalamazoo SE, works to improve and enhance the quality of life in the community. BSNA is thrilled to announce the launch of our new Food and Infant Pantry, which will be opening on January 2, 2026. The pantry will be open daily from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and all are welcome.

The BSNA is currently seeking donations of shelf-stable food, hygiene products, and infant supplies.

Bring in 3 non-perishable items, and receive $5.00 off your next massage*

Markesha Witherspoon is the Founder and Executive Director of The M.O.M.S Club of Grand Rapids, a nonprofit organization that provides a community pantry for all families, along with classes, workshops, and trainings that support parents at every stage of pregnancy and parenting. As a certified doula, Markesha is dedicated to connecting families with the resources, education, and support they need to feel empowered, prepared, and cared for.
