Jamar has continued to demonstrate dedication, consistency, technical growth, and the deeper character qualities that the black belt is meant to represent. A second-degree black belt is not simply about time or physical skill. It reflects the beginning of maturity within the art, where knowledge begins to deepen into understanding, responsibility, leadership, and service to others. Jamar’s continued commitment and hard work have earned the respect of his teachers and fellow students alike.

The Black Sash Award represents an important milestone in the internal arts traditions and symbolizes dedication to personal refinement, balance, discipline, and inner development. Adam has shown steady commitment, perseverance, and sincerity in his training journey. Monday’s Neuropathy Master Class was one of those days that reminds me why we do this work.

A full room of dedicated practitioners came together not just to learn techniques, but to deepen their clinical thinking and sharpen their ability to truly help patients living with neuropathy. We moved beyond theory and into real-world application, working through assessment, nerve pathway patterns, and hands-on treatment strategies aimed at reducing pain, restoring sensation, and improving function.

Neuropathy is not just a condition, it is a daily reality for our patients. That understanding shaped everything we did.
I want to extend a sincere thank you to Rafael and Amanda for their expertise, presence, and support throughout the day. Their contribution helped elevate the experience for everyone in the room.

There is something powerful about practitioners gathering with a shared purpose, to learn, to serve, and to grow. That is how we build a true healing community.
