Recovery Rock Climbers 🧗‍♀️🧗‍♂️ had an awesome time coming together to create our “Summer Bucket List” poster — full of fun goals and adventures for the season ahead! 🌞 From great conversations to delicious food and uplifting company, it was a perfect way to kick off the summer. Grateful for the community we’re building, one climb (and laugh) at a time! 🧗‍♀️🍉✨

Recovery Rock Climbers had an event today. We had a great brainstorming meeting where we came up with plans for outreach. Love my cofounder who always has great ideas, works so hard on the back end, and has a vision to execute our mission!

Today Recovery Rock Climbers came together to create vision boards. I love spending time with these amazing women! 🧗With choosing their word, finding pictures and words to depict their goals, and eating yummy food together, it was a fabulous day!☀️ ☀️

Auricular acupuncture uses 5 pressure points in the ear. The five points are: (1) The sympathetic point which calms the nervous system and helps with overall relaxation; (2) the Shen Men or “spirit gate,” which reduces anxiety and nervousness; (3) the Kidney Point, for calming fears and healing internal organs; (4) the Liver Point for detoxification, blood purification, and to quell aggression; and (5) the Lung Point, which promotes aeration and helps clients let go of grief.

Journey through Grief group art piece representing grief. Art therapy can be very helpful for processing grief. By using the creative part of the brain, we process grief in a deeper way. Other methodologies are used to heal from grief.
