✨ Meet Lucas ✨

We’re excited to welcome Lucas to the FLOW family as our Medical Assistant Intern for the next 6 weeks!

Lucas is CPR certified and on his way to becoming a Registered Medical Assistant, with a strong passion for health, movement, and helping others feel their best.

As the first in his family to pursue a career in medicine, he brings both dedication and heart to everything he does.

When he’s not in the office, you’ll find him in the gym, out on a run, or enjoying concerts and good energy with great people.

He’s grateful to be learning alongside our team and we’re just as excited to have him here supporting our patients and growing with us.

Be sure to say hi to Lucas when you’re in the office! 🙌

She’s baaaack!!!

Dr. Gabby returns to the office starting March 30, and we truly couldn’t be more excited to have her back. Her calming presence, her clinical intuition, and of course, that smile we’ve all missed.

We know so many of you have been waiting for her return, and her schedule is officially open for booking ✨

She’ll be in the office Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays as she eases back into this new season of both motherhood and practice. Thank you in advance for your patience and support as she finds her rhythm again.

We already know this next chapter is going to be something really special. Her new perspective as a mom is only going to deepen the way she cares for her patients.

Let’s make her first week back extra special. We can’t wait to see her schedule filled with all of you!

One of my favorite things to do after an adjustment 👇

After your adjustment, we’ll often guide you through a simple strength or stability movement based on what we worked on:
• Low back / pelvis → slow, controlled squats
• Upper back / neck → core activation + shoulder blade stability

Why? 🧠

Because an adjustment is input to your nervous system.

Research from .haavik shows that adjustments stimulate the small muscles along the spine, sending a surge of information to the brain and helping it better understand what’s happening in your body.

But here’s the key:
👉 Your brain still needs to learn how to use that new input

That’s where movement comes in.

These exercises help:
✔ Reinforce the changes we just made
✔ Improve stability and control
✔ Reduce that “something feels off” feeling after an adjustment
✔ Lower the chance of other areas compensating

Think of it like this:
Adjustment = opening the door
Movement = teaching your body how to walk through it

This is how we go from temporary relief → lasting change 💥

After a long Michigan winter, the first signs of spring always feel a little magical 🪄 🌼

Today’s sunshine, the extra daylight from the time change, fresh air through open windows… and these daffodils pushing their way up through the leaves are a reminder that brighter days are ahead.

Just like our bodies, nature has an incredible ability to reset, adapt, and come back stronger after a long season.

Sending sunshine back to the cold we left behind in Michigan!

Dr. Theresa & Dr. Eric made it safely to Hawaii, and we want to thank everyone SO much for your flexibility as Dr. Gabby began her maternity leave a week earlier than planned! An even bigger thank you to Natalie who has been coordinating all of the rearranging!

Our vacation overlapping with her leave wasn’t intentional but some things really do unfold exactly how they’re meant to. With the bitter cold and snow back home, having the office closed this week feels perfectly timed (although Hannah of is still available for massage!).

This view is Kaanapali Beach, looking out over Lānaʻi. Calm, peaceful, blue skies, fresh air, and the kind of ocean sounds that instantly settle your nervous system

And if you look closely… you might even spot humpback whales breaching 🐋 This is peak whale season, when they travel all the way from Alaska to give birth and teach their babies how to swim, breach, and play.

Please send Dr. Gabby ALL the love and positive vibes as she brings her baby boy into the world 🤍✨

And if you wait until the very end… you’ll see the first purchase of our trip - a brand new book for the kids’ corner!

We will be back to full hours on Monday, 2/9 which includes some Friday availability with Dr. T as well as her opening her schedule back up to new chiropractic patients while Dr. Gabby is on leave!

As prenatal chiropractors, we adjust pregnant women every day, but have you ever stopped to think about what it’s like to be a pregnant chiropractor doing the adjusting?
gabriellegray is full-term and glowing, delivering a powerful, precise adjustment to .theresaosmer at 40 weeks pregnant!

When we adjust each other, there’s always laughter, connection, and patient updates exchanged, but this one felt extra special. It perfectly highlights just how skilled and grounded Dr. Gabby is, even as she prepares to welcome her baby boy any day now.

She plans to be in the office next week unless baby boy decides otherwise, then she’ll be off starting the first full week of February to settle into her transition into motherhood.

We absolutely cannot wait to welcome this little one earthside. Dr. Gabby is an incredible chiropractor and we already know she’s going to be an even more incredible mom!

✨ Happy Birthday, Natalie! ✨

While many of you may not have had the chance to meet Natalie in person, trust us when we say, you’re missing out on an absolute gem. 💎

Another year older, wiser, and somehow even more amazing. Watching Natalie continue to grow, blossom, and step into who she is has been such a joy. We are incredibly lucky to have her as part of the FLOW team, even from afar. Distance doesn’t diminish the impact she has, it only highlights how special she truly is.

The fact that her family shares her with us (even remotely!) is such a gift, and we are so grateful for everything she brings to our team and our community.

We hope today is filled with love, celebration, and a deep knowing of just how valued and appreciated you are. Happy Birthday, Natalie. We are so thankful for you! 🎉💐

Our hearts are full after our annual FLOW holiday outing ✨

This year we gathered at which was completely decked out in Christmas magic! There is something so special about being together outside of the clinic, and truly connecting as a team. We look forward to this event all year!

It’s not often that all of us are in the same room anymore (especially with Natalie working from home!), so this night felt extra meaningful. Add in extra hang time with our significant others, and it became one of those evenings we’ll always remember.

Scarlett even made an appearance and absolutely stole the show. If you’ve never met Natalie in person, you’ll get a kick out of the silly photos of her and Scarlett during dinner while we attempted to get Scarlett to smile for the camera 😂

We are endlessly grateful for this team that truly feels like family!
