To our Urban You community:
We have been following the coronavirus (COVID-19) updates, like so many of you, and have been educating ourselves on how it is impacting our employees, guests, members, and local communities.
Above all, safety is our number one priority and has been at the center of our conversations. With that,
we have implemented several action items at every Urban You location in response to the threat of
the coronavirus.
1. We have CDC approved hand sanitizer at every service station in every room, and at the front desk. Sinks are of course available to wash hands with antibacterial soap.
2. All employees are wearing masks, and/or gloves and changing after each client.
3. We are deeply invested in our guests and know much of their personal lives. Often we are greeted with hugs and celebrate with high fives, but we encourage more winks and waves to keep physical contact at minimum, for everyone’s safety.
4. We are requesting that providers and guests stay home if coughing, sneezing, or experiencing shortness of breath. We will work with everyone to make necessary adjustments
to their scheduled appointments. Additionally, we are working on a home concierge service for select Urban You services.
5. We are using a protective plastic barrier over our comfy bedding, which is disinfected
between appointments.
6. Our cleaning efforts will continue to be pristine as we disinfect beds and change linens
between each appointment and regularly disinfect all surfaces and wash our hands.
7. We are in the process of developing virtual events, so that you remain connected to our brand and shop your favorite products, while being confident of your safety.
We are closely following the Centers for Disease Control's (CDC) guidelines and recommendations on
the steps we can take to help prevent the spread of the virus. We will continue to closely monitor the
coronavirus updates, and do everything in our power to protect our guests and employees. If you have
