All ARCpoint Labs technicians are certified and trained in conducting Federal Mandate Drug Testing Protocol (49CFR Part 40) as well as Federal Mandate Breath Alcohol (BAT). The corporate staff includes a Substance Abuse Collection Professional Instructor, in compliance with the Department of Transportation, Federal Aviation Administration, Department of Health and Human Services and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission Regulations. Our services encompass both on-site and off-site pre-employment, random, post-accident and reasonable suspicion screenings.
