Kyle earned his mechanical engineering degree from Grand Valley State University, where he completed a co-op at UGS before joining the company full-time upon graduation in 2020. Throughout his time at UGS, Kyle has held various roles, including builder apprentice, CMM technician, designer, and most recently, project manager. Leading up to his official transition to General Manager in January 2024, Kyle had been apprenticing under Jeff Momber, the former UGS General Manager. He is excited to step into his new leadership role at UGS.
For Kyle, the highlight of working at UGS lies in its people, coupled with the thrill of problem-solving, hands-on tasks, and nurturing customer relationships. He's enthusiastic about expanding UGS's horizons and seizing new opportunities in the market.
Fortunately, Jeff Momber will remain at UGS in an estimating and sales capacity, continuing to mentor Kyle during the transition. UGS extends its gratitude to Jeff for his 11+ years of exemplary leadership and looks forward to his ongoing support in sales, estimating, and mentoring Kyle.
