It’s been a little over a month! Lots of talking and brainstorming about what’s next 😁🙃

“She did it yall!! Alissa Shepard has conquered another Obstacle by becoming a CERTIFIED NUTRITION COACH.

Being Full time Mother and Wife, along with holding down a job and taking care of the home is a lot on anyone’s plate. She has been able to juggle all these things and still find time to chase her dreams.

I’ve watched this women work, and I marvel at her ability to close when things get tough. She has a ability to zero in when the clock starts ticking down.

In combination with her Masters Degree 📜 in Counseling, she is looking forward to, and has earned the opportunity to ponder her next moves over the coming weeks.

I have a sneaky suspicion that she will some how figure out a way to help others through her work!!🥰🥰👍🏾👍🏾

I look back and don’t recognize myself. I was lost in chronic debilitating illness and depression. Just trying to survive and stay out of the hospital. But still somehow be a wife and a mom.

The girl that used to have dreams and ambitions, were buried under the heavy weight of all of it.

I don’t know where you’re at. What your story is, or what things you’ve buried.

But let me be the first to tell you… it’s never too late. It’s time we find that glimmer in your eyes again mama.
